Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA or NAAB accredited institution in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• 4+ years of Revit experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in architectural drawings, concepts & design.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to lead a team and delegate work.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of design professionals from concept through construction.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, standards, and resources.
• Support Project Designers in quality review of design deliverables.
• Communicate new processes and design standards within documentation.
• Review preliminary space plans to meet safety, function, and code requirements.
• Review furniture, fixtures, equipment, and millwork selections and specs.
• Provide on-going training on space planning, program management and FF&E.
• Develop client workplace standards and recommend improvements.
• Contribute knowledge of space planning, finishes, lighting, acoustics and ergonomics.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and third parties; manage external relationships.
• Share FF&E vendor resources and insights with the team.
