Job summary

MA Design in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager for our Interior Design studio to lead architecture projects from inception through construction administration. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams, manage schedules and budgets, oversee the production of construction documents, and participate in QA/QC and site meetings.

A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in architecture are required; strong Revit skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 8+ years experience in an architecture firm.
• Proficient in Revit; strong Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Knowledge of construction materials and sustainable solutions.
• Understanding of architectural contracts and project budgets.
• Familiar with building codes for each project.
• Strong communication and coordination within diverse project teams.
• Experience with MA's QA/QC processes and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle and lead production team through entire process.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and scope; primary client liaison.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house team members.
• Produce construction documents from schematic design to construction administration.
• Schedule production activities and staffing aligned with project hours.
• Perform QA/QC review for drawings, specs, and other documents.
• Attend and/or lead construction job site meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
