Job summary

MA Design in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Interior Design studio to lead architecture projects from inception through closeout. You will guide production teams, manage schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design, 8+ years in an architecture firm, and proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design; 8+ years experience in architecture.
• High level of proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Strong communication and coordination across diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle and lead production team through all phases from site analysis to close out.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope; serve as primary client liaison.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house team members.
• Manage and participate in production of construction documents from schematic to CA.
• Schedule activities and staffing in alignment with project hours.
• Perform QA/QC review for drawings, specs, and other project documents before issuance; coordinate with Principal-in-Charge.
• Attend and/or lead construction job site meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
