Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead IT program efforts in support of a government customer in the DMV. The role is a hybrid-remote position based in Washington, DC, with responsibilities across contract management, planning, and performance oversight.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT program management, PMP/PMI certification, and solid experience with Agile methodologies. Security clearance at Public Trust Level One is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for the contract and project management support.

• Responsible for program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services and expand the contract scope.

• Provide accounting operations support and research accounting discrepancies.

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Manager. This is an exempt hybrid-remote position in support of a government customer in the DMV.

Responsibilities:

The PM serves as the primary POC and would be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract and project management support. The PM is responsible for developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement. The PM oversees the deployment of all program criteria. This person will interact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership; Responsible for program financials, employee review, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building. The PM is responsible for identifying opportunities to provide additional services. Assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology. Providing accounting operations support, conducting in-depth research into accounting discrepancies, and cleanup efforts. This position is in Washington, DC and has some remote possibilities.

Experience Required:

• Serving as the Contractor's main point of contact and overall performance
• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects
• Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services.
• Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Provides strategic, technical, and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience, advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.

• 8+ years of IT program management
• PMP/PMI certification

• Public Trust Level One security clearance
