Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior IT Category Manager to lead sourcing and vendor governance for IT hardware, software and services. The role aims to reduce total cost of ownership through robust strategies, tools, and processes while ensuring vendor obligations align with business needs.

You will partner with stakeholders, conduct sourcing events, analyze market dynamics, and drive performance metrics across assigned vendors within a Hybrid-Flex work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the related field; 7+ years if no degree.
• Experience in sourcing IT hardware, software and services is a plus.
