• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (Public Health, Social Work, Communications, Education).
• Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare, community, research, or educational setting working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience providing consultation to employees/staff at different levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated understanding of health disparities and inequities, diversity, cultural humility, and inclusion.
