Job summary

HealthierHere in Seattle, WA seeks a Workforce Development Manager to lead training efforts for Hub Central’s 200+ Community Based Workers and supervisors, focusing on Connect2 Coordinator platform adoption and care coordination practices.

You will design learning experiences, develop materials, monitor participation, and apply CQI to improve training effectiveness, with cross-functional collaboration across community organizations and health partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public health, community health, or social services.
• 2+ years as trainer or facilitator.
• Experience with care coordination or community-based workers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead C2C system training and refresher sessions.
• Design engaging learning experiences and materials.
• Monitor training participation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve system use.
• Coordinate with local/state/national CBW training efforts.
