Job summary

University of Washington's UW Medicine is seeking a Rural Digital Health Outreach Coordinator to expand digital health education and specialist care access in rural and underserved communities across the Pacific Northwest and WWAMI region. The role is remote with extensive travel within Washington, partnering with Project ECHO and eConsult leadership to grow program participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years of experience in program outreach, sales, and/or marketing (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within UW Medicine and external healthcare organizations.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to navigate clinical and operational discussions and adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience making independent decisions on matters of significance within the scope of responsibilities.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies with ECHO and eConsult programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with rural healthcare organizations, community partners, and key UW Medicine contacts.
• Conduct proactive outreach to providers and organizations not currently utilizing ECHO or eConsult.
• Assist in recruiting new rural clinical sites to support program growth and funding requirements.
• Provide regular updates to prioritized partners regarding program developments, opportunities, and resources.
• Assist in developing and maintaining educational and promotional materials related to ECHO and eConsult programs.
