Job summary

Holon Health in Seattle is seeking a mission-aligned Community Relationship Manager to grow our partnerships across Washington. You’ll connect with community organizations, healthcare providers, health plans, and justice-system partners, explaining how Holon’s care model can transform lives.

You’ll mentor the Client Acquisition team, develop training for justice and community partners, travel throughout Washington, and represent Holon at conferences and events, all while advancing equity-driven

Qualifications

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, health plans, and justice-system partners.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral partners across sober living homes, recovery residences, treatment providers, probation and parole offices, courts, diversion programs, and reentry organizations.
