Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help clients identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit products and services to move them toward their plans.

In our branch team, you will process transactions accurately, balance daily figures, and deliver exemplary service. You will also grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow up with new customers, and refer them to

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
Comfort with technology and banking products (mobile/online).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Follow operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
