Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in underwriting or commercial banking environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel in Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial and business information to determine creditworthiness for loan and credit products.
• Complete financial spreads, risk ratings, performance tearsheets, compliance testing, and other portfolio monitoring activities.
• Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies including financial statement analysis and industry risk evaluation.
• Conduct industry and market research and distill key themes into concise summaries for presentation.
