Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain SIE/63/79 within 4 months of hire.
• 2+ years of underwriting or commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness for loan products.
• Prepare financial spreads, risk ratings, and portfolio monitoring activities.
• Underwrite complex commercial loans per Huntington credit policies.
• Conduct industry and market research and summarize key findings for presentation.
• Potentially assume direct portfolio management coverage with senior oversight.
• Assist with training Analyst-level colleagues.
