Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Experience in underwriting or a commercial banking environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial and business information to determine creditworthiness for loan and credit products.
• Complete financial spreads, risk rating, performance tearsheets, compliance testing, and other portfolio monitoring & maintenance activities.
• Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies, including financial statement analysis, collateral analysis, financial modeling, industry and business risk evaluation.
• Conduct industry and market research using numerous resources, distilling key themes and conclusions into concise summary form for presentation purposes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
