Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Community Strategy & Engagement Manager to lead community readiness for early-stage development, focusing on Powered Data Parks and related energy projects. You will document stakeholder relationships, risks, commitments, and next steps.

The role partners with Development, Real Estate, Permitting, Transmission, Marketing & Communications, consultants, and local stakeholders. Travel ~30–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing materials, presentations, FAQs, and executive recommendations.
• Experience with stakeholder relations, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel regularly across project regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Community Strategy & Engagement framework, checklist, playbook, and readiness requirements for early-stage opportunities.
• Lead community readiness activities for Powered Data Parks, gas development projects, and future technology initiatives.
• Develop and execute project-specific stakeholder engagement strategies and community readiness plans.
• Support community engagement initiatives including local government outreach, sponsorships, partnerships, communications, and economic development.
