Responsibilities

• Identify, secure and support volunteer work and other community activities for a caseload of people and their families
• Coordinate person-centered planning and oversee plan implementation
• Supervise and mentor direct support professionals
• Oversee virtual support services and community activities
• Provide coverage in person or virtually as needed
• Handle program billing daily and ensure QA compliance
