CAMS is seeking a Community Association Manager for the Clayton/Raleigh region in a hybrid, full-time role. You will manage a portfolio of homeowners associations, guiding boards on budgets, financial reports, and governance while coordinating maintenance with vendors.

The position emphasizes strong relationship-building, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of HOA risk management. Eligible candidates have 1–2 years in HOA management and CAI designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports.
• Knowledge of HOA policies and risk management.
• Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive working budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with boards and homeowners.
• Prepare and present budgets to the board.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and create variance reports.
• Generate and present monthly management reports to the board.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects with vendors.
• Ensure daily operations of the community run smoothly.
