• Drive renewal strategy and provide top-tier service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 mid to large-sized accounts with a focus on client retention.
• Coordinate renewal initiatives and explain coverages to clients.
• Balance virtual and in-person meetings within a hybrid work model.
• Assist in acquiring new business and earn commissions.
