CARD seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment across settings, including centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You’ll develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and ensure performance aligns with medical necessity and HIPAA requirements.

The role is full-time, salaried, with on-site duties and flexible locations. Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, plus ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote outcomes with clinical judgment and supervision hours at 100% adherence each month.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and caregivers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
