Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases or scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all Audit services including audits, assessments, and desktop evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teammates.
• Prioritize workload based on due dates, risks, and dependencies.
• Escalate conflicts or data discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate program activity status notes for transparency.
• Keep databases and templates accurate and up-to-date.
