Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality, documentation, coordination, operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule across the Audit family of products: Audits, assessments, and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with Clients, Suppliers, and Associates to prepare services.
• Prioritize workload based on client due dates and risks, explaining trade-offs.
• Make timely scheduling decisions and document assumptions; escalate when needed.
• Adhere to throughput and efficiency goals for preparation.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and data discrepancies promptly.
• Provide status notes for cross-functional transparency.
• Maintain accuracy in databases, platforms, and systems.
• Coordinate and run planning meetings with internal teams, Clients, and Associates.
