Qualifications

• Proven experience in a role related to quality, documentation, coordination, operations, logistics, or supply chain role.
• Experience working cross-functional with multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, or related manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to solve scheduling constraints and manage dependencies.
• Strong prioritization and time-management with attention to client requirements and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule across the full set of Audit services (Audits, assessments, supplier evaluations).
• Coordinate with Clients, Suppliers, and Associates to prepare and schedule services.
• Prioritize workload based on client due dates, program risks, and dependencies.
• Document assumptions and escalate when decisions carry client or compliance risk.
• Maintain accurate databases, templates, checklists, and documentation.
• Run planning meetings with internal teams, Clients, and Associates.
