Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality, documentation, coordination, operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, or related manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, with ability to see how people, dates, requirements, and systems interact to solve constraints.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and explain trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule across SQA’s services: Audits, assessments, and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with Clients, Suppliers, and Associates to plan services.
• Prioritize workload based on due dates and risks.
• Document assumptions and escalate when client or compliance risk exists.
• Meet throughput and efficiency goals in scheduling.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and data discrepancies.
• Provide status updates for cross-functional transparency.
• Maintain accurate data in databases and systems.
• Prepare documentation and templates per client requirements.
• Coordinate planning meetings with internal teams and clients.
