Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or intralogistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–20%, including occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop material flow diagrams, process flow charts, and system layouts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Prepare equipment and service cost estimates and develop technical proposals, including system requirements and scope of supply.
• Apply knowledge of distribution processes and automation technologies to design effective customer solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams while representing SSI SCHÄFER's core values.
