Job summary

MHS Lift is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Integrated Solutions to design and implement cutting-edge automation for warehouses across North America. You’ll lead vendor relationships, develop innovative solutions, and guide projects from discovery to delivery.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in material handling or warehouse automation, CAD reading skills, and strong communication abilities. Remote work is possible for qualified applicants; travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years designing or implementing material handling or warehouse automation.
Experience with conveyors, AMRs/AGVs, robotics, and warehouse automation technologies.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and architectural layouts.

Responsibilities

Lead relationships with automation vendors (conveyors, AMR/AGV, robotics, software).
Develop innovative automation solutions aligned with customer objectives.
Conduct customer site assessments with the sales team.
Mentor engineering and sales teams on automation technologies and best practices.
Oversee engineering, approvals, and order processing for automation projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers to set milestones and ensure execution.
Support system commissioning and startup to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in final walkthroughs and client acceptance.
Build long-term customer relationships delivering technical excellence.
