Qualifications

• Two years of experience handling accounting information and balancing discrepancies.
• One year of experience with accounting and required credit hours or equivalent.
• State of Oregon Accounting Mobility Program or equivalent certification accepted.

Responsibilities

• Review OST reports to identify and process direct deposit returns and reversals.
• Create and distribute direct deposit reversal requests after approval.
• Process and maintain direct deposit applications and update account information.
• Examine returned item reports and resolve issues in dishonored recovery and receivable accounts.
• Maintain logs, ledgers, and documentation per data security guidelines.
• Provide customer service on direct deposit and child support payments; answer inquiries.
• Perform data entry and organize team filing using Microsoft Office.
• Support Financial Services through cross-training tasks like payments adjustments and treasury processes.
