Qualifications

• Two years of accounting data entry, balancing, and error resolution.
• 43 quarter credits with accounting coursework; or equivalent.
• Completion of Oregon Accounting Career Mobility Program or an associate degree with accounting courses.
• Computer-based data entry and retrieval in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Review OST reports to process deposits and reversals.
• Log, create, and distribute direct deposit reversal requests with approvals.
• Process direct deposit applications and update account information.
• Examine returned item reports and redeposit accordingly.
• Maintain logs, ledgers, and documentation per security guidelines.
• Provide customer service regarding direct deposit and child support payments.
• Perform data entry and organize team filing using Microsoft Office.
• Support Financial Services with cross-training tasks and fund validation.
