In this role you will manage a portion of the book of business, prepare for client conversations with performance insights, and guide onboarding to ensure a smooth first experience with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years in client services, campaign coordination, or account support.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple systems and tools without missing a beat.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portion of the book of business and grow client relationships through regular, proactive outreach.
• Prepare for client conversations with a sharp read on campaign performance and upsell opportunities.
• Process orders end-to-end — route selection, creative requests, and asset collection.
• Track proofs, send pre-campaign updates, and catch postal delays before they become problems.
• Turn data into insight: list cleaning, suppression uploads, match-back analysis, and ROI Tool activation.
• Deliver performance recaps that clients actually read and act on.
• Double-check tracking numbers, QR codes, and landing pages, and make quick creative fixes as needed.
• Guide new clients through onboarding for a smooth first experience.
