You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking products. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, prospecting opportunities, and educating clients on online banking and mobile services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
• Background checks including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and referrals.
• Educate customers on using bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
