Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is hiring a Financial Relationship Banker to support consumer and business customers in our South Carolina region. You will retain and grow relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with partners to deepen customer relationships while adhering to all policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Licenses: background check with fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, technology, and bank policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
