Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Vice President to lead and manage a portfolio of large commercial clients in a hybrid role based in New York City. You will be the principal contact, balancing client needs with bank policies and risk tolerances.

The role involves coordinating with credit, analyzing financial statements, expanding referrals, and cross-selling treasury, equipment finance, FX and other services to drive growth while ensuring compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex client relationships.
• Collaborate with credit team to establish credit lines.
• Analyze and monitor clients' financials and collateral performance.
• Maintain knowledge of clients' financial condition and industry trends.
• Ensure client compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with operations and audit staff for accurate client information.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with borrowers and referral sources.
• Review interim financial statements and projections.
• Visit and communicate with clients as necessary.
• Generate new business and referrals.
• Cross-sell treasury management, equipment finance, FX and other services.
