Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Phoenix is seeking a Relationship Advisor II for a hybrid role that blends on-site and remote work to support diverse client needs and onboarding processes.

You will manage onboarding, servicing, and daily cash-related tasks while coordinating with Fraud, Sanctions, FX and Product teams to ensure exemplary service and risk mitigation for clients, including venture funds and private equity relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard and service clients through CRM, ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution of requests.
• Support client payment operations (wires, ACH, BillPay) with escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fraud, Sanctions, FX and Product to resolve issues and advise on risk mitigations.

Silicon Valley Bank’s Global Fund Banking (GFB) Team provides commercial banking services to venture capital and private equity firms.

The Relationship Advisor II manages a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing clients and is responsible for client onboarding, case management, servicing and proactive client solutions. As a key member of Relationship Management, the RA II plays an integral role in the client experience by supporting deposits, payments, and daily cash management needs while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

This position supports Global Gateway Venture Funds and Private Equity clients located outside US- flexibility may be required in hours worked due to the international location of our clients.

• Client Onboarding & Servicing
  
  
  
  • Partners with relationship team to support client onboarding and lifecycle needs
  
  
  • Manages client requests through CRM, ensuring timely acknowledgement and resolution in line with service-level standards
  
  
  • Supports clients with payment operations (wires, ACH, BillPay), including urgent escalations in partnership with Fraud and Sanctions teams
