Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Casualty Insurance or Reinsurance with knowledge of insurance concepts and basic accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with clients, reinsurers and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review client and market correspondence for compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Obtain and verify binding confirmations; resolve discrepancies with brokers.
• Process binding and final documentation to clients and markets and meet account requirements.
• Review client policies, identify discrepancies, and obtain endorsements or certificates.
• Coordinate placement changes with brokers and markets.
• Maintain placement files and ensure proper documentation is stored per policy.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and ensure best practices and training compliance.
