Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and provides post-placement support services, seeks a qualified professional for coordinating activity across binding, documentation, and client liaison.

The role requires interaction with brokers, clients, and markets, ensuring accurate processing and timely compliance. Hybrid work with in-office presence is expected, and the base salary range reflects experience and location.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the Casualty Insurance or Reinsurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Review client and market correspondence for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Obtain and verify binding confirmations; address discrepancies with brokers.
• Process binding and final documentation to clients and markets; ensure accuracy.
• Review client policies, identify discrepancies; obtain market approvals and endorsements.
• Coordinate placement changes with brokers and markets to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date placement files and proper documentation per policy.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and ensure best practices.
