Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Casualty Insurance or Reinsurance.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with clients, reinsurers, and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review client and market correspondence for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Obtain and verify client and market binding confirmations for accuracy.
• Process binding and final documentation to clients and markets with correct accounting requirements.
• Obtain and review client policies, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with brokers and clients to rectify issues.
• Manage placement changes during the term by coordinating with brokers and markets.
• Maintain up-to-date placement files and ensure control documentation is properly stored.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and uphold best practices and training.
