Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) seeks a Clinical Liaison to grow inpatient admissions within an assigned territory. The role involves marketing calls to referral sources, assessment of rehabilitation suitability, and coordination with the marketing team to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has an allied health license (RN/PT/OT/SLP/LCSW) and marketing experience, with strong communication skills and a collaborative work style. Hybrid schedule with PRN availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• RN, PT, OT, SLP, or LCSW license required.
• Experience in marketing or sales preferred.
• Indiana license as applicable must be current.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to educate and persuade referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Builds and expands relationships with referral sources and patients in acute care hospitals.
• Calls upon hospital personnel, physicians and other referral sources to broaden the network of referrals.
• Educates referral sources on Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana services and capabilities.
• Assists in meeting marketing goals and admissions targets monthly.
• Coordinates sales activities with the marketing team and supervisor.
