Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) in Indianapolis seeks a Clinical Liaison to drive inpatient admissions growth within an assigned territory by marketing to referral sources and acute care hospitals.

You will educate physicians and discharge planners about rehab services, build relationships, coordinate marketing activities with the team, and ensure HIPAA compliance while meeting monthly admissions goals. Hybrid schedule; Indiana license preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• RN/PT/OT/SLP/LCSW license required.
• Marketing experience required.
• Indiana license as applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Builds and expands relationships with referral sources in inpatient rehab.
• Markets hospital services to hospitals and physicians in assigned territory.
• Coordinates marketing activities with the marketing team.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Meets monthly admissions and marketing goals.
