Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a PRN Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP). In this highly visible role you will develop and nurture professional relationships with case managers, physicians and clinicians in acute care hospitals.

You will assess rehab patients onsite for admission to the rehab hospital and manage the referral process, educate staff, patients and families about rehabilitation services, and support Sales and Marketing

Qualificações

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as RN, PT, OT, or SLP.
• Multi-state licensure required based on territory.
• Two years related clinical or liaison experience preferred.
• Proven healthcare sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Sound judgment handling confidential health information.

Responsabilidades

• Creates target lists of contacts and decision makers in assigned hospitals.
• Develops relationships, provides excellent customer service and educates referral sources.
• Educates potential patients and families on rehabilitation services.
• Supports Sales and Marketing through educational programs and meetings in hospitals.
• Develops strategies to grow market share in core business lines in hospitals.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
