Job summary

The State of Utah is seeking a Program Specialist II to support a three-member Board of Directors overseeing regulated products. You will manage program data, licensing and regulatory records, deadlines, correspondence, and ongoing projects, and assist with preparing public meetings, hearings, agendas, notices, records, and minutes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track program data, licensing and regulatory records, deadlines, correspondence, and ongoing projects.
• Assist the Board and Division with public meetings and administrative hearings: agendas, notices, materials, exhibits, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Collect, review, and organize data; prepare reports and summaries; conduct research; maintain electronic records and tracking systems.
• Track new legislation and monitor regulatory changes that impact specialized product programs; suggest updates to rules and procedures.
