Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current RN or CD license in good standing with Utah DOPL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Audit practices, review data, and report findings with recommendations.
• Review, document, and process grievances or complaints and apply disciplinary actions.
• Maintain contact with agencies for guidance on compliance and solutions.
• Issue, review, or revoke licenses and certificates as needed.
• Provide consultation and technical advice on services, programs, and public information.
