Blackhawk Network is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Coppell, TX to support audits, regulatory examinations, and due diligence requests from regulators, banking partners, and clients. The role emphasizes organization, proactive detail orientation, and strong communication across internal teams.

The position is hybrid with in-office collaboration in Coppell, TX and requires the ability to coordinate responses, maintain policy libraries, and contribute to audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in financial services, regulatory compliance programs, audit preferred.
• +2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related experience in project planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and assessments; ensure responses are complete, accurate, and within deadlines.
• Manage banks requirements, performing quality assurance.
• Produce responses and, as needed, work with SMEs on responses.
• Design, implement, and maintain a library with policies, procedures, and most requested data points for audits, RFPs, and assessments.
• Support bank audits, as needed.
• Lead or participate in other projects as assigned from time to time.
