The role oversees a seven-person team, partners with Legal, and ensures data integrity, process alignment, and regulatory compliance across the globe. The candidate will manage global HRIS workflows, develop company policies, and drive immigration program design while supporting regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, OD, or business area.
