Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Compliance and Immigration to lead our global HR Operations team. The role focuses on policy development, compliance with federal/state laws, and hands-on U.S. Immigration case management, collaborating with Legal and regional HR partners.

Preferred onsite presence in Coppell, TX twice weekly, with flexibility for candidates in Central/Mountain/Pacific time zones and Pacific-time availability. Strong leadership and data governance a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR or related degree.
• 4–5 years leading HR teams or HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
• HRIS experience; SAP and/or iCIMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee HR Operations, internal controls, and audits.
• Manage U.S. immigration program design and case load.
• Collaborate with Legal, regional HR partners and HR Tech to align processes.
• Ensure data governance and global process consistency.
