Job summary

The Blackhawk Network Compliance Department is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a hybrid role in Coppell, Texas. You will support audits, regulatory examinations, and due diligence requests from regulators, banking partners, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a background in financial services compliance and a track record of coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• +2 years in project planning/coordination or related project management.
• Experience in financial services, regulatory compliance programs, audits preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and assessments, ensuring complete, accurate responses within deadlines.
• Deal with banks' requirements, performing quality assurance.
• Produce responses and coordinate with SMEs for complex information requests.
• Design and maintain a library of policies, procedures, and data for audits, RFPs, and examinations.
• Support bank audits as needed.
• Lead or participate in other projects as assigned.
