Job summary

Blackhawk Network in Coppell, Texas, is seeking a full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a hybrid role. You will support audits, regulatory examinations, and due diligence requests from regulators, banking partners, and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience in financial services compliance, and the ability to coordinate with SMEs and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• +2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related in project planning and coordination.
• Experience in financial services or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and assessments; ensure responses are complete, accurate, and within deadlines.
• Manage banks requirements, performing quality assurance.
• Produce responses and coordinate with SMEs on responses.
• Design, implement, and maintain a library with policies, procedures, and data points for audits, RFPs, and assessments.
• Support bank audits as needed.
• Lead or participate in other projects as assigned.
