Tremco CPG, a world leader in waterproofing and roofing, seeks a Regional Controller (Plant) in Georgia, US. This hybrid role oversees plant accounting controls, standard costing, and financial planning for Georgia manufacturing sites.

You will partner with operations and corporate finance to drive improvements and ensure accurate reporting. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting, CPA or MBA a plus, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills.

Competenze

• 10+ years of operational accounting experience.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Ability to influence others and drive change.
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities; organize data and draw conclusions.
• Flexible and organized with multiple sites and projects.

Mansioni

• Ensure understanding of and compliance with internal controls.
• Capital Investments and Fixed Assets management and CIP oversight.
• Finance Partnering across plant departments and liaison with operations, corporate finance, and business.
• Reporting and Variance Analysis including KPIs and COGS forecasts.
• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual activities including journal entries and inventory reserves.
• Annual Budgeting with plant management and cost center rate calculations.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested.
