Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive adoption of banking and lending solutions across Investor Services in a remote role within the United States. You will partner with Financial Consultants and Bank Sales Officers to identify opportunities, educate partners, and manage a regional pipeline with disciplined Salesforce usage.

The role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, and the ability to work during regional business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in financial services, banking, or sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Financial Consultants, Business Development Officers, clients, and partners across the region.
• Increase awareness and adoption of banking and lending solutions through education and outreach.
• Help identify opportunities, ask discovery questions, and position solutions.
• Extend officer capacity by providing expertise and follow-through during field activity.
• Support lead intake and opportunity development with timely Salesforce updates.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce documentation for active opportunities.
• Provide reporting and insights on pipeline health and regional activity.
