Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Manager, Finance to support Schwab Bank Lending Finance & Analytics. You will shape financial decisions across mortgage loans, Pledged Asset Lines, HELOCs, and other lending products by translating complex data into actionable insights for growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, or related finance functions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with forecasting models.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to synthesize large datasets into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex financial and performance data into insights for growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and investments.
• Develop business cases and evaluate product profitability; support forecasting and long-range planning.
• Use scenario and sensitivity analysis to strengthen decision-making.
