Job summary

U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Junior Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Houston. This role supports recruiting operations, candidate experience, interview coordination, ATS management, and onboarding activities.

You will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, reporting, and recruitment marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, human resources, or related field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, phone screens, and hiring manager meetings.
• Manage candidate communications and scheduling across multiple departments and locations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (preferably ADP).
• Create and manage job postings and requisitions.
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and pre-employment paperwork.
• Support background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure recruiting documentation and feedback are updated accurately and timely.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings for hourly and entry-level positions.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
