Job summary

DTN is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to shape our talent future in a flexible hybrid role, working from home with in-person collaboration in Uptown Dallas. You will hunt for top engineers, own the full hiring process, and partner with managers to precisely define needs.

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to help shape the future of DTN. This is a flexible hybrid role where you will work from home, paired with regular in‑person collaboration with local leadership in Uptown Dallas as we gear up for our future permanent office space.

We are looking for an up‑and‑comer with two to five years of experience, ideally in tech. To be completely transparent, this is an early‑to‑mid career opportunity designed for someone eager to master the fundamentals. If you are already a senior recruiter or manager looking for high‑level strategic oversight or a step back from heavy sourcing, this won’t be the right fit. Your primary focus will be active, hands‑on hunting for top engineering talent.

You won’t be left on an island. You will work directly with a player/coach leader who recruits right alongside you, offering the hands‑on mentorship you need to grow your career while actually having fun doing it.

Day‑to‑day, you will own the full hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to figure out exactly who they need, then dig way past the standard job boards to find and engage hidden talent.

We also want someone who loves to tinker with AI. If you enjoy using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to build custom agents, automate tasks, and make your recruiting workflow faster and smarter, you will fit perfectly here.

Ultimately, we need an organized go‑getter who is great with people and knows how to keep a hiring process moving without dropping the ball.
