Job summary

California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) seeks an Analyst II to perform complex analytical tasks relating to federal and state disaster grant programs within Recovery Operations. You will analyze data, develop alternatives, and advise management on policy and program impacts across PA, CDAA, FMAG, HMGP, HMEP, PDM, and related grants.

This role requires strong communication, independent work, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision making.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for program monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
